OK, here's a step by step instruction for managing your account:

•  You've got your credit card out, you're sitting in front of your computer getting ready to buy a web account from CheapHostOnline...
  When filling in the submission form, you must put in a password, preferably something you won't forget. Failure to put in a password will snare you in their less than efficient support system!
  When you access cheaphostonline and set up an account, the company will generate an email to the email account you selected in the form. This email will include vital details for accessing and controlling your website. Immediately print out a copy of this information and keep it in a safe place. Do not erase this email before you have done this!

The generated email holds the following information ( All ID's and passwords in the following document are fictional - refer to your own document for correct details)

To access your webmail you will need to first create an email account in your control panel and then goto http://webmail.yourdomainname.com If you are transferring your site please go to your registrar and change your nameservers to ns5a.dnswithus.com and ns5b.dnswithus.com Please note that when you register or transfer a domain it takes normally 24 to 48 hours for your ISP to update their dns servers so your site to be seeable. (This is a wildly optimistic estimate. Some students have waited as long as three weeks for their website to be up and running. However keep in mind that the site IS inexpensive and is well worth the wait and money.)
