I have been able to find to date.
At $38.00 a year, including domain name and fully
functional FrontPage admin extensions, one could perhaps
forgive the rather slow set-up time (Some take two
weeks) and lackluster support.
However, it DOES have support of a sorts and the ping
time (The time it takes the server to respond to a
request) is FAST.

option that most other web providers offer for free.
